TCR5FM22A,RF(T is a TCR5FM series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage and ultra-high ripple rejection ratio. This power IC is developed for portable applications. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the TCR5FM series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as cellular phones.
- Ultra small package DFN4D (1.0mm x 1.0mm; t 0.37mm (typ))
- Low output noise voltage VNO=5μVrms (Typ.) at 10Hz ≤ f ≤ 100kHz
- Low quiescent current IB=10μA (Typ.) at IOUT=0mA
- Overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, auto-discharge
- Slew rate control function aimed at suppressing inrush current
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN=1.0μF, COUT=1.0μF)
- 2.2V output voltage
- Operation temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- Output voltage slew rate is 5mV/μs typ at Tj=25°C
