The RoHS statuses displayed on our web pages refer to the 2011/65/EU European Union Directive on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances and amendment (EU) 2015/863 which adds 4 substances to 2011/65/EU as of July 22, 2019. All of our RoHS data is based upon on information provided by our suppliers.

    The product does NOT contain the substances restricted by the RoHS legislation at levels over the maximum concentration values.

      RoHS Compliant by Exemption

    The product qualifies for one of the specific exemptions set out in the Annex III to the Directive.

      Not RoHS Compliant

    The product contains the substances restricted by the RoHS legislation at levels over the maximum concentration values.

      Not Applicable

    The product is outside of the scope of the RoHS legislation and would not be reasonably used as a component in an in-scope electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).

The REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) statuses displayed on our web pages refer to the (EC) 1907/2006 European Union Regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. All of our REACH data is based upon on information provided by our suppliers.

Export Control Classification Number is provided by Premier Farnell’s internal Trade Compliance Classification Team who classify all items to the best of their knowledge against the UK Military List, EU Dual-Use list as well as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), using the information made available to Premier Farnell by the manufacturers and / or suppliers. Q:How do I select or search by product attributes?
A: Simply type the product attributes alongside the product you need in the search box. For example, if you're searching for a capacitor with a capacitance of 100pF, type “100pF capacitor” into the search box and click “Search”.

The search results will then return all products relevant to the words you have typed in. Other product attributes can then be selected to narrow your results further.
Q:How do I compare products?
A: On the search results page, select products for a side-by-side comparison of attributes to help you make your final choice. Check the products you want to compare and then click "Compare".

To select products from different results screens for comparison, follow these steps:
  • Select your first SKU or series of SKU's on the first results page.
  • Click “Compare”
  • On the Compare screen, use the browser back button to go back to the previous results page
  • Go to the next page of results
  • Select the next SKU or series of SKUs
  • Click “Compare”
Once a SKU is added to the "Compare" screen, it will stay there until you remove it or you close the browser.
