Product Overview
TCR5BM series single-output 500mA CMOS ultra low dropout regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low dropout voltage, high PSRR and fast load transient response. Features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and Auto-discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR5BM series, devices are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. Applications includes mobile equipment, camera, sensor power supply, RF power supply.

- 3.3V bias voltage, 500mA output current
- Low stand-by current of 1μA (maximum), surface mounting
- Low quiescent bias current of 19μA (typical) at 5.3V
- Output voltage of 2.8V typical
- Overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, inrush current reduction
- Under voltage lockout, auto-discharge
- Pull down connection between control and ground
