Product Overview
TCR2LF27,LM(CT is a TCR2LF series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features overcurrent protection and auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 0.1μF can be used with this device, it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.
- 2.7V typical output voltage
- Low quiescent bias current (IB = 2μA (max) at IOUT = 0mA, Tj = -40 to 85°C)
- Typical dropout voltage of 270mV ((IOUT = 150mA, CIN = 0.1μF, COUT = 0.1μF, Tj = 25°C)
- Output current IOUT of 200mA
- High VOUT accuracy of ±1.0% (1.8V ≤ VOUT)
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 0.1μF, COUT =0.1μF)
- Input voltage range from 1.5 to 5.5V (IOUT = 1mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 1.0μA typical (IOUT = 0mA, VIN = VOUT+1V, Tj = 25°C)
- SOT-25 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
