Product Overview
The XC6210B332MR is a high current, high speed LDO Regulator IC fabricated using Torexs CMOS process. With a low ON resistance driver transistor built into, batteries can be used until input-output voltage differential is minimal and can accordingly be used for a longer time. It is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. The current limiters fold-back circuit also operates as the output current limiter and the output pin protection.
