For handheld spot checks on food and liquids: meat, chicken, fish, ready meals, beverages. Easy to use low cost high accuracy microprocessor based thermocouple instrument with the benefits of a hold function. This instrument has wide measurement range of -50 to +400C and an operating range of -30 to 50°C.
