Product Overview
TDA7498ETR is a dual BTL class-D audio amplifier with a single power supply designed for home systems and active speaker applications.
- 160-W + 160-W output power at THD = 10% with RL = 4 ohm and VCC = 36V
- Wide-range single-supply operation is 14V to 36V
- High efficiency (η = 85%), parallel BTL function using the MODE pin
- Differential inputs minimize common-mode noise, standby and mute features
- Smart protection, thermal overload protection, small offset less than 20mV
- Total quiescent current is 60mA typical at (No LC filter, no load)
- Output offset voltage is 20mV maximum at (Vi = 0, Av = 23.6dB, no load)
- Switching frequency is 310KHz typical at (internal oscillator, Tamb = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.05% typical at (Po = 1W, Tamb = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 36-pin PowerSSO package
