The STPS8H100G-TR is a high voltage Power Schottky Rectifier features high junction temperature capability, negligible switching losses, good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop. This Schottky barrier rectifier is designed for high frequency compact switched mode power supplies such as adaptors and on board DC/DC converters.
