The L4941BDT-TR is a 3-terminal very low drop Positive Regulator features thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection. This device is particularly suitable for battery-powered equipment, reducing consumption and prolonging battery-life. It employs internal current limiting, anti-saturation circuit, thermal shut-down and safe area protection.
