The MIL-C-38999 series II Circular Connector is derived from international military specifications MIL-DTL-38999 and Eurofighter JN 1003 and is designed to withstand high levels of shock and vibration in harsh environments. The 8STA and 8TA connectors are recommended for harsh environment applications where size and weight should be minimized, such as motorsport, unmanned aerial vehicles, rugged instrumentation and future soldier electronics.
