The AS214-92LF is a PHEMT GaAs SPDT Switch which operates between 0.1 to 3GHz. The medium-power FET SPDT switch features low insertion loss and positive voltage operation with very low DC power consumption. This general purpose switch can be used in a variety of telecommunications applications.
