RC22308A001GNE#BB0 is a FemtoClock™ 3 multi-frequency clock synthesizer and digitally controlled oscillator (DCO). This flexible, low-power device outputs clocks with 25fs RMS jitter supporting 112Gbps and 224Gbps SerDes. Application includes clock synthesis for : 112Gbps and 224Gbps SerDes, 100 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600 Gbps Ethernet PHYs, switches and routers, medical imaging, test and measurement.
- Jitter 25fs RMS, 12KHz to 20Mhz with 4MHz HPF
- Output frequency range from 4KHz to 1GHz (differential o/ps), 4KHz to 250MHz (single-ended o/ps)
- DCO frequency resolution greater than 10¹³
- Factory programmable internal OTP
- 8 outputs, 1.8V operating voltage
- Serial ports support 1.8V or 3.3V
- Frequency tolerance range from -450 to 450PPM (-40°C to 85°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio VDDx = 1.8V is -125dbc typ (noise = 10KHz)
- Fundamental mode of oscillation
- 48-VFQFPN package, ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
