9DBL411BGLFT is a four output low power differential fanout buffer for PCI express Gen1, Gen2, Gen3, and QPI. Each output has its own OE# pin. The device has a maximum operating frequency of 150MHz. Application includes PCI-Express Gen1-2-3 or QPI fanout buffer.
- Low power differential outputs for PCI-Express and QPI clocks
- Power down mode when all OE# are high
- Four low power differential output pairs
- Individual OE# control of each output pair
- <lt/>15ps additive output cycle-cycle jitter, <lt/>50ps output to output skew
- Supply voltage range from 3 to 3.600V (supply voltage, RS = 33ohms, CL = 2pF test load)
- Input frequency range from 15 to 150MHz (VDD = 3.3V)
- Slew rate variation is 20% (max, single-ended measurement)
- Propagation delay range from 2.5 to 3.5ns (input to output delay)
- 20pin TSSOP package, temperature range from 0 to +70°C
