ERJP06F4700V is an ERJ-P06 series anti-surge thick film chip resistor. This anti-surge thick film chip resistor is more Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) surge tolerant than standard thick film chip resistor. This AEC-Q200 compliant device, completes with metal glaze thick film resistive elements, and three layers of electrodes, are highly reliable.
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistor
- High reliability : metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- High power (0.50W : 0805 inch / 2012 mm size)
- Reference standard : IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C
- AEC-Q200 compliant, ±1% tolerance
- 400V limiting element voltage, 600V maximum overload voltage
