Product Overview
NCS7031 is a high voltage, current sense amplifier. This part consists of a preamplifier and buffer with access to output and input via A1 and A2 pins for an intermediate filter network or modified gain. This current sense amplifier offer excellent input common-mode rejection from -6V to 80V. It can perform unidirectional current measurements across a sense resistor in a variety of applications. Applications include telecom equipment, power supply designs, diesel injection control, automotive, motor control.
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V
- 100KHz typ bandwidth at (T = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage is ±100µV typical at (T = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift over temperature is 3V/°C max at (-40 to 125°C)
- Gain error is 0.3% max at (-40 to 125°C)
- 105dB typ CMRR at (VCM = -6 to 80V, -40 to 150°C)
- Quiescent current is 1.5mA typ at (T = 25°C)
- 90dB typ PSRR at (-40 to 150°C)
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
- 8-pin SOIC package
