Product Overview
NCL38046AADR2G is a high-performance constant current and constant voltage amplifier with low input offset voltage. It can enable to extension system dimming range under 1%. It also can support programmable constant power regulation to protect LED load and to provide a wide output operating range. It is used in applications such as window (CP) LED drivers, dimmable LED drivers, and LED drivers.
- Low input offset (±0.5mV at full temp) CC regulation amplifier
- Analog dimming pin, PWM dimming pin
- Dimming curve modulation, constant power regulation
- DIM off/standby mode, precise 3.3V reference pin
- Operating current is 0.8mA typical at (IPDIM = 0A, RSET = 9.09Kohm)
- Standby current is 600µA maximum at (PDIM = 2% in1KHz, no RSET)
- 2 channels, 65Hz PDIM minimum frequency limit
- CS half regulation voltage is 50.5mV typical at (VDD = 12V and TJ = -40°C to 125°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- 8-lead SOIC package
