MUR260G is a SWITCHMODE™ ultrafast power rectifier. This state-of-the-art device is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and as free wheeling diodes.
- Ultrafast 50 nanosecond recovery times, high temperature glass passivated junction
- Low forward voltage, low leakage current
- Epoxy, moulded case, 175°C operating junction temperature
- 1.15V maximum instantaneous forward voltage (IF = 2.0Amp, TJ = 150°C)
- 75ns maximum reverse recovery time (IF = 1.0Amp, di/dt = 50Amp/s)
- 50ns maximum forward recovery time (IF = 1.0A, di/dt = 100A/s, IREC to 1.0V)
- 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage, 2A average forward current (at TA = 60°C)
- 35A forward surge current (surge applied at rated load conditions, halfwave, single phase, 60Hz)
- Case 59 plastic axial lead package
- Operating junction temperature and storage temperature range from -65 to +175°C
