Product Overview
The LP2950CDT-5.0RKG is a micropower low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-252 package. It is a micropower voltage regulator that is specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input to output voltage differential. This device features a very low quiescent bias current of 75µA and is capable of supplying output current in excess of 100mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protection is provided. Due to the low input to output voltage differential and bias current specifications, these device is ideally suited for battery powered computer, consumer and industrial equipment where an extension of useful battery life is desirable.

- Output voltage is 5V
- Low input to output voltage differential of 50V at 100µA and 380mV at 100mA
- Extremely tight line and load regulation
- Requires only a 1.0µF output capacitor for stability
- Internal current and thermal limiting
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
