Product Overview
The MOCD223R2M is a 2-channel 8-pin Darlington Output Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon photodarlington detector, in a surface mountable, small outline. It is ideally suited for high density applications and eliminates the need for through the board mounting.
- Minimum BVCEO of 30V guaranteed
- 500% at IF=1mA Minimum high current transfer ratio
- 565V Peak working insulation voltage
- 4000V High allowable over voltage
