The FOD817DSD is a Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a silicon phototransistor output. Applicable to Pb-free IR reflow soldering.

- 5000Vrms High input-output isolation voltage
- Minimum BVCEO of 70V guaranteed
