MT25QU128ABA8E54-0SIT TR is a Micron serial NOR flash memory designed for high-speed embedded storage applications with an SPI-compatible serial interface. It supports both single and double transfer rate operation with clock speeds up to 166MHz in STR mode and 90MHz in DTR mode, while dual and quad I/O protocols provide data throughput up to 90MB/s. The memory features execute-in-place (XIP) capability for direct code execution, PROGRAM/ERASE suspend functions for improved flexibility, and multiple erase options including bulk, sector, and subsector erase. It also includes a dedicated 64-byte OTP area with lock protection, advanced security features such as password and hardware write protection, CRC error detection for data integrity, and high reliability with up to 100,000 erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
