Product Overview
The MA240016-2 Plug In Module is small circuit board used with the Explorer 16 board (DM240001) to evaluate PIC24HJ128GP504 MCU. The PIC24H general purpose microcontroller family features the highest 16bit MCU performance and excellent code density. It plug into the main processor socket of the Explorer 16 board so that different microcontrollers can be used for prototyping, demonstration or development quickly and easily.
- Processor plug-in module comes with a 44 pin QFN PIC24HJ128GP504 device
- Up to 40MIPS operation
- Linear program memory addressing up to 4M instruction words
- On chip flash and SRAM
- 4 wire SPI, I2C, UART, Enhanced CAN 2.0B active
- Low power, high speed CMOS flash technology
- Fail safe clock monitor
- Allows data transfer between RAM and a peripheral while CPU is executing code
