ATSAM3A4CA-AU

The ATSAM3A4CA-AU is a SMART SAM3X/A series 32-bit Flash Microcontroller based on the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 RISC processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 84MHz and features 256kB of flash memory in 2 x 128kB banks and 64kB of SRAM in 2 x 32kB banks. Its highly-integrated peripheral set includes dual CAN, High Speed USB MiniHost and device with on-chip PHY, high-speed SD/SDIO/MMC and multiple USARTs, SPIs, TWIs (I²C) and one I²S. The SAM3A4C also features a 12-bit ADC/DAC, temperature sensor, 32-bit timers, PWM timer and RTC. It supports the Atmel QTouch® Library for easy implementation of buttons, sliders and wheels. The device operates from 1.62 to 3.6V. It is ready for capacitive touch with QTouch library, offering an easy way to implement buttons, wheels and sliders. The SAM3X/A architecture is specifically designed to sustain high-speed data transfers. It includes a multi-layer bus matrix as well as multiple SRAM banks, PDC and DMA channels.
