8765A/-024 is a DC to 4GHz, microwave, SPDT switch designed for microwave instrumentation and ATE systems and features excellent electrical and mechanical performance with broadband operation, high isolation, low SWR, long life, and exceptional repeatability. This switch is designed from the ground up for maximum dependability and performance. The switch is designed to operate with exceptional repeatability with long operating life cycles at 25°C.

• 24V DC supply voltage with 3inch ribbon cable terminated with a single in-line
• Insertion loss (dB) (f is frequency in GHz) in 0.2 + 0.025 f
• Typical isolation is 120 at 4GHz
• SWR is less than 1.2 at DC to 4GHz
• 0.03dB typical repeatability (up to 5,000,000 cycles measured at 25°C)
• 5 million cycles typical life
• 15ms maximum switching speed
