CHA21X226K8RXL7189 is a High Reliability Alternative (HRA) series surface mount MLCC capacitor. It is designed, tested, and screened to meet the demands of higher reliability applications that require capacitance values not available in traditional MIL-SPEC products. It is built using more conservative designs as compared to Automotive and COTS grade along with voltage conditioning and lot-release testing. It is used for decoupling, bypassing, filtering and transient voltage suppression applications.

- 2220 [5650 metric] case size
- X7R dielectric, X-level failure rate
- Voltage of 10V DC
- Flexible termination
- Voltage conditioning and post-electrical testing per MIL–PRF–32535 (5% PDA)
- Patented BME technology
- Biased humidity testing (85°C/85%) per MIL–STD–202
- Features lot traceability and lot release testing
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
