Product Overview
CY2302SXI-1 is a frequency multiplier and zero delay buffer. It provides an external feedback path allowing maximum flexibility when implementing the zero delay feature.
- Supply current is 17mA typ at unloaded, 100MHz, TA=0°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
- Input low voltage is 0.8V at TA=0°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
- Output low voltage is 0.4V max at IOL=12mA, TA=0°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
- Input high current is 5µA max at VIN=VDD, TA=0°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
- Input frequency range from 5 to 133MHz at TA=0°C to +70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
- Duty cycle is 50% typ at 15-pF load, TA=0°C to +70°C or -40°C to 85°C, VDD=3.3V ±5%
