BTS500071LUAAUMA1 is a 0.7mohm single channel smart high-side power switch. It provides protective functions and diagnosis. It contains Reverse ON functionality. It is especially designed to drive high current loads, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps. It is suitable for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, most suitable for applications with high current loads, such as heating systems, fan and pump, and PWM applications with low frequency.
- One channel device, low stand-by current, AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified
- Reverse ON protection for low power dissipation in reverse battery condition
- Ground loss protection, electrostatic discharge protection (ESD)
- Optimized electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), compatible to cranking pulses
- Integrated diagnostic functions, integrated protection functions
- 1µA typical standby current for whole device with load
- 0.7mohm typical on-state resistance in forward condition at (TJ = 25°C, VS ≥ 5.8V)
- 55A typical nominal load current at (TA = 85°C, TJ ≤ 150°C)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, PG-HSOF-8 package
