Product Overview
LV204 is a UV exposure unit. The UV fluorescent tubes are in the base which means the artwork has to be registered on the UV sensitive area and then placed face down onto the exposure area. Coloured black, each unit has a hinged lid containing a pressure pad which, when the lid is held closed by the two retaining clips, acts to force the artwork and sensitive material firmly together on the UV illuminated area. On power up the unit runs through one timing cycle so that the UV tubes are pre heated up ready to give consistent exposure times. This is designed for use in the preparation of photosensitive materials for many industries including production of photo resist PCB's i.e fortex microtrak pre sensitised board, hot foil polymer plate, letterpress polymer plates, pad printing plates, sandblasting stencils, glass etching stencils or rubber stamps etc.

- Glass plate with high UV transparency for UV-A transmission
- Electronic ballast with no stroboscopic effect and no flicker
- Constant and even pressure from cellular foam in lid and glass plate
- Power consumption is 70W
- 230VAC 50/60Hz IEC mains Inlet with fused mains on/off switch and power indicator
- Light power 5mW/cm² with even and high intensity illumination facilitated by high quality reflector
- All metal construction with steel case, programmable digital timer with memory
