The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 27 x 27 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed for mounting electronic components to heatsinks and cooling surfaces. Constructed from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it provides reliable thermal coupling while removing the need for mechanical fasteners. The pre-cut 27mm x 27mm format enables quick and consistent assembly in electronic, LED, power semiconductor, and industrial applications. Offering 0.4W/mK thermal conductivity, 5kV AC dielectric strength, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, this thermal interface material delivers dependable performance in demanding thermal management environments.
