Product Overview
SDT5H100P5-7 is a 5A trench schottky barrier rectifier. It provides very low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It is ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC-DC converters, and AC-DC adapters.
- Low forward voltage drop
- Excellent high temperature stability
- Soft, fast switching capability
- Forward voltage drop is 0.62V typical at (IF = 5A, TJ = +25°C)
- Leakage current is 0.1mA typical at (VR = 100V, TJ = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
- PowerDI5 package
