DFLS160Q-7 is a 1A surface mount schottky barrier rectifier in a 2 pin PowerDI®123 package. It is designed to meet the stringent requirements of Automotive Applications. It is ideally suited to use as polarity protection diode, re-circulating diode and switching diode.
- Peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V
- Non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 50A
- Guard ring die construction for transient protection
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- Interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
- Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability
- PPAP capable
