107384-HMC494LP3 is an evaluation board for SMT GaAs HBT MMIC. HMC494LP3 is low noise divide-by-8 static divider utilizing InGaP GaAs Bhat technology packaged in leadless 3x3mm QFN surface mount plastic package. This device operates from DC (with a square wave input) to 18GHz input frequency. The low additive sabb phase noise of -150dBc/Hz at 100KHz offset helps the user maintain excellent system noise performance.
