Product Overview
4N25-300E is an optocoupler for general-purpose applications. It contains a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor. Applications include I/O interfaces for computers, system appliances, and measuring instruments, signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
- UL approved, CSA approved, IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 approved
- Forward voltage is 1.2V typ at IF=10 mA, TA=25°C
- Reverse current is 10µA max at VR=4V, TA=25°C
- Terminal capacitance is 50pF typ at V=0, f=1kHz, TA=25°C
- Collector dark current is 50nA max at VCE=10V, IF=0, TA=25°C
- Current transfer ratio is 20% min at VCE=10V, TA=25°C
- Response time (rise) is 3µs typ at VCE=10V, IC=2mA, TA=25°C
