Product Overview
LTC2630CSC6-LZ10#TRMPBF is a 10bit voltage output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, 10ppm/°C low-drift reference. The LTC2630-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The parts use a simple SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2630 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.
- Guaranteed monotonic over temperature, SPI serial interface
- Double-buffered data latches, 10bit resolution
- 2.5V full scale voltage internal reference mode, reset to zero-scale (power on reset)
- Integral nonlinearity is ±0.2LSB typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Offset error is ±0.5mV typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage output slew rate is 1.0V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
- Supply current is 160µA typical at (VCC = 3V, supply as reference)
- Supply current in power-down mode is 0.36µA typical at (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Commercial temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 6-lead SC70 package
