LTC2361ITS8#TRMPBF

LTC2361ITS8#TRMPBF is a 12bit, sampling A/D converter. The supply current drops at lower sampling rates because this device automatically power down after conversions. The high-impedance single-ended analogue input and the ability to operate with reduced spans (down to 1.4V full scale) allow direct connection to sensors and transducers in many applications, eliminating the need for gain stages. Applications include communication systems, data acquisition systems, handheld portable devices, uninterrupted power supplies, operated systems, and automotive.

• No data latency, SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible serial I/O
• Dedicated external reference, 1V to 3.6V digital output supply
• 250ksps data output rate, integral linearity error is ±0.25LSB typical at (TA = 25°C
• Differential linearity error is ±0.25LSB typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Offset error is 1LSB typical at (TA = 25°C), gain error is 0.1LSB typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Full-power bandwidth is 3MHz typical at (3dB, TA = 25°C)
• Signal-to-(noise + distortion) ratio is 72dB typical at (fIN = 49KHz, TA = 25°C)
• Total harmonic distortion is -85dB typical at (fIN = 49KHz, TA = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 8-lead plastic TSOT23 package
