LTC1403AIMSE-1#PBF

LTC1403A-1 is a 14bit, 2.8Msps serial ADC with differential inputs. A Sleep shutdown feature lowers power consumption to 10µW. The combination of speed, low power and tiny package makes the it suitable for high speed, portable applications. Typical applications include communications, data acquisition systems, uninterrupted power supplies, multiphase motor control and multiplexed data acquisition.

• 2.5V internal bandgap reference can be overdriven
• 3-wire serial interface
• Positive supply current of 10µA at sleep mode
• Positive supply current of 1.5mA at nap mode
• Common mode rejection ratio is -60dB at fIN = 1MHz, VIN = 0V to 3V
• ±1.25V bipolar input range
• 10 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
