EV1HMC637ALP5 is an evaluation board for HMC637ALP5E MMIC power amplifier. The HMC637ALP5E is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) distributed power amplifier which operates between 0.1GHz and 6GHz. The amplifier provides 13dB of gain, 44dBm output third-order intercept (IP3), and 29dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring 400mA from a 12V supply.
