ADUM7641CRQZ-RL7

ADUM7641CRQZ-RL7 is a 1kV RMS six-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. It offers space savings and a lower price than 2.5KV or 5KV isolation solutions when only functional isolation is needed. It offers very low power consumption, using one-tenth to one-sixth the power of other digital isolators, with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3V to 5.5V. It is used in applications such as general-purpose, multichannel isolation, SPI interface/data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceivers, industrial field bus isolation.
