ADF4360-1 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0V to 3.6V and can be powered down when not in use. Typical applications are wireless handsets (DECT, GSM, PCS, DCS, WCDMA), test equipment, wireless LANs, CATV equipment.

• Divide-by-2 output, 1.8V logic compatibility
• Integer-N synthesizer, programmable output power level
• 3-wire serial interface, analogue and digital lock detect
• Hardware and software power-down mode
• REFIN input current is ±100µA max (AVDD=DVDD=VVCO=3.3V ± 10%; AGND=DGND=0V; TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• 2050MHz to 2450MHz frequency range
• Output power is −13/−6dBm typ (programmable in 3dB steps, AVDD=DVDD=VVCO=3.3V ± 10%)
• 24-lead LFCSP package
• Temperature rating range from −40°C to +85°C
