Product Overview
AD9748 is an 8bit resolution, wideband, third generation member of the TxDAC series of high performance, low power CMOS digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). The TxDAC family, consisting of pin-compatible 8-, 10-, 12-, and 14bit DACs, is specifically optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. Typical applications include communications, direct digital synthesis (DSS) and instrumentation.
- High performance member of pin-compatible TxDAC product family
- Linearity of ±0.1LSB DNL and ±0.1LSB INL
- Twos complement or straight binary data format
- Differential current outputs of 2mA to 20mA
- Power dissipation of 135mW at 3.3V
- Power-down mode of 15mW at 3.3V
- On-chip 1.2V reference and fast settling of 11ns to 0.1% full-scale
- CMOS-compatible digital interface AND Edge-triggered latches
- 32 lead LFCSP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
