AD7450A is a 12bit high speed, low power, successive approximation (SAR) analogue-to-digital converters with a fully differential analogue input. Typical applications include transducer interface, battery-powered systems, data acquisition systems, portable instrumentation and motor control.
- Fast throughput rate: 1MSPS
- Specified for VDD of 3V and 5V
- Low power at max throughput rate: 4mW/9.25mW max at 1MSPS with 3V/5V supplies
- Fully differential analogue input
- Wide input bandwidth: 61dB min SINAD at 100KHz input frequency
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- High speed serial interface: SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- ±1LSB linearity error, no pipeline delays, 1μA max power-down mode
- 8 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
