SC33771CTA1MAER2 is a 14-channel Li-Ion battery cell controller IC. It is designed for automotive and industrial applications such as HEV, EV, ESS, UPS systems. It features ADC conversions on the differential cell voltages with averaging up to 256 samples and currents as well as coulomb counting and temperature measurements.
- Embedded balancing transistors and diagnostics to simplify applications
- Loopback support for one daisy chain
- Supply voltage: 9.6V ≤ VPWR ≤ 61.6V operation, 75V transient
- OV/UV, OT/UT, OC fault verification, sleep mode OV/UV, OT/UT monitoring
- Support ISO 26262, up to ASIL D safety capability, hot plug capable and AEC Q-100 qualified
- Integrated current sensor with PGA, integrated coulomb counter
- ±0.5% accuracy from milliamps to kiloamps
- 9.6V to 63V supply voltage
- 64-pin LQFP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
