Product Overview
The TCR22-6RP is a 1.5A sensitive Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) with excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications. This Teccor® Thyristor is easily triggered with microamperes of current as furnished by sense coils, proximity switches and microprocessors.
