LMZ13608TZ/NOPB

The LMZ13608TZ/NOPB is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Module for use with time-critical projects. The SIMPLE SWITCHER® power module is an easy-to-use step-down DC-to-DC solution capable of driving up to 8A load. It can accept an input voltage rail between 6V and 36V and can deliver an adjustable and highly accurate output voltage as low as 0.8V. The LMZ13608 only requires two external resistors and three external capacitors to complete the power solution. It is a reliable and robust design with the following protection features of thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limit and the device allows start-up into a pre-biased output.
