Product Overview
The LM2936M-3.0/NOPB is a 3V fixed output ultra-low quiescent current Linear Regulator features low-dropout (LDO) voltage and low current in the standby mode. With less than 15μA quiescent current at a 100μA load, the device is ideally suited for automotive and other battery operated systems. The device retains all of the features that are common to low-dropout (LDO) regulators including a low-dropout (LDO) PNP pass device, short circuit protection, reverse battery protection and thermal shutdown. The device has a 40V maximum operating voltage limit and ±3% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage and temperature range.
