Product Overview

The TWR-K80F150M is a Tower System Module for the Kinetis K80, K81 and K82 150MHz 32-bit ARM cortex-M4 microcontrollers. The board features the Kinetis MK80FN256VDC15 low-power MCU with 256kB flash, 256kB SRAM, USB and XIP QuadSPI capabilities. The board operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.
  • Onboard debug circuit - K20DX128VFM5 OpenSDA with virtual serial port
  • 2x 32Mbit (4MB) dual on-board QuadSPI memory at 1.8V
  • 64Mbit (8MB) SDRAM memory
  • Five user-controlled status LEDs
  • Two capacitive touch pads
  • Two mechanical push buttons
  • Standalone full-speed USB host and device function
  • Potentiometer
  • microSD Card slot
  • EMVSIM card interface
  • Ten axis sensor system
  • FXOS8700CQ 3D accelerometer + 3D magnetometer
  • MPL3115A2 digital pressure sensor
  • FXAS21002C 3-axis gyroscope
  • Socket for touch keypad plug-in (TWRPI-TOUCH-STR)
  • Board power select with 3.3 or 1.8V MCU operation
