Product Overview
The MAX4695EUB+ is a low voltage dual SPDT analogue switch in 10 pin µMAX package. It operates from single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. The device has break before make switching action with tON = 30ns and tOFF = 18ns at +3V. It has 60 ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 3ohm maximum RON matching and 10 ohm RON flatness when powered from a 2.7V supply. The digital logic inputs are 1.8V logic compatible from 2.7V to 3.3V supply. It is used in relay replacement, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits and PCMCIA cards.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Rail to rail signal handling
- Low crosstalk of-82dB at f = 1MHz and high off isolation of -75dB at f = 1MHz with single +3V supply
- Low charge injection of 4pC at CL = 1.0nF and total harmonic distortion of 0.03% (single +3V supply)
- On-channel -3dB bandwidth of greater than 300MHz with single +3V supply
- Break before make time of 12ns at TA = +25°C with single +3V supply
- Power supply current of 1µA with single +3V supply
