Product Overview

The MAX13204EALT+T is a 4-channel, ±30KV ESD protector in 6 pin UDFN package. This low capacitance ESD protection diode array is designed to protect sensitive electronics attached to communication lines. Each channel consists of pair of diodes that steer ESD current pulses to VCC or GND. The MAX13204 protects against ESD pulses up to ±15KV human body model (HBM) and ±30KV air gap discharge as specified in IEC 61000-4-2 standard. It has 6pF on-capacitance per channel which makes it ideal for use on high speed data I/O interfaces. This quad ESD structure designed for Ethernet and FireWire applications.
  • Supply voltage range from 0.9V to 16V
  • Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
  • High speed data line ESD protection
  • Supply current of 1nA
  • Maximum diode forward voltage of 0.95V at IF = 10mA
  • Channel clamp voltage of 136V (positive transients) & -120V (negative) for ±30KV air gap discharge
  • Low leakage current of 1nA
