Product Description
The slit evaluation kit includes four different slit diameters integrated in the SMA 905 connectors. With a hexagon socket screw key, you can easily switch the SMA connector with the integrated slit and adjust the optical performance to your spectrometer. A smaller slit leads to higher optical resolution but decreases the spectral sensitivity of the device. E.g. Changing from a 20 µm diameter to a 50 µm slit doubles your optical throughput and allows detecting weaker signals.
