V102C121A-940 is a VCSEL pulsed laser in small-footprint ceramic with a power monitor diode. Application includes virtual reality, 3D sensing, industrial automation, access control (IRIS/Vein scan, face recognition), augmented reality, mixed reality, flash and autofocus, gesture recognition.
  • SMD ceramic package with glass diffuser window package, GaAs VCSEL power array chip technology
  • 2W pulsed optical power class, 60°x45° (rectangular emission profile) radiation profile
  • ESD: 8KV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B)
  • Power monitoring diode
  • 2W operational mode (IF = 2.5A, TS = 25°C, tp = 100µS, DC = 1%)
  • 940nm IR laser wavelength (typ, Ta = 25°C, IF = 2.5A, tp = 100µs, DC = 1%)
  • Forward current is 6A (max, pulsed operation, Tp = 100µs, DC = 1%, TS = 25°C)
  • Forward voltage is 2.14V (typ, Ta = 25°C, IF = 2.5A, tp = 100µs, DC = 1%)
  • Output power is 2.0W (typ, Ta = 25°C, IF = 2.5A, tp = 100µs, DC = 1%)
  • 38% power conversion efficiency (typ, Ta=25°C), operation/solder temperature range from -40 to 110°C
